What we collect

When you enquire through our website, register interest in one of our homes, email or call us, we may collect:

• your name, email address and phone number
• details about your project, such as its location, the type of work, the stage of your plans, your estimated budget and your preferred timing
• whether you own the land or home
• how you heard about us, and the best time to contact you
• anything else you choose to share in your message

Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which may collect general information such as your browser type, the pages you visit and how you found our site, using cookies and similar technology. This helps us understand how the site is used. It does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and talk with you about your project
• prepare quotes, contracts and other documents if you choose to proceed
• send you information you have asked for, such as updates on homes you have registered interest in
• manage our relationship with you as a client
• improve our website and services

We will not send you marketing you have not asked for, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We only share it where it is needed to deliver your project or run our business, for example:

• the draftsman and interior designer involved in your Design Consultation, if you choose to book one
• insurers, including for Home Building Compensation cover
• trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our website, email and document signing platforms
• where we are required to by law

Some of these providers, including Squarespace, may store information on servers outside Australia. We use reputable providers who take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Simply contact us using the details below.
