Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they were really flexible if I asked them to change something or gave them an extra job. Tom came when he said he would or communicated with me if he was delayed. Like all Reno’s , we encountered some problems but Tom and his team efficiently worked their way through them . Tom took pride in his work, was thorough and was always customer focussed. He even ended fixing some issues that weren’t really his problem. He had great communication and handled timing of all the various trades that came on site. Maybe a small thing to some people but we also really appreciated Tom and his team avoiding using any bad language while on site. Tom and his team were very personable and we honestly felt he made a stressful Reno (as we lived in the house while it was done) much more tolerable.
