From the get go Tom has been absolutely incredible to deal with, from coming up out of his way on his day off to quote the job due to our tight timeframes to answering every silly question and query I had along the way ( and there were alot!) nothing was too much, nothing was a stupid question and he made us feel completely at ease. When it came to the job itself he not only accommodated everything we wanted and worked with us to make it all work but his attention to detail is second to none. For the trades that he works with and his offsider Brendan (thank you for answering my calls and stupid questions when Tom couldn't) they were all incredible, the jobsite was kept in order and clean at all times with minimal interruption to our home and family (extremely hard to accomplish with one bathroom thats being renovated) and were all extremely polite and respectful. His tiler Nath, i am still in awe of the exceptional attention to detail in our tiles, the layout, the precision in delivery even the grout lines! So thank you. We had a serious problem with a collapsed veranda and stairs. Apparently they’ve never been properly waterproof. Tom provided rapid service and a very thorough quotation. The price was also reasonable. The job was done on time . The quote had been extremely accurate . The cost was pretty much exactly what the quote had been. The follow up painting service was also of excellent quality They worked quickly and without interfering with our lives at all I would happily recommend Oakmont building to anyone in the southern Highlands or the Illawarra Look out for this logo.
